Chichester College offered its first training courses in Bangkok in 2001, with local co-operation with Spencer International offering teacher training courses in TESOL with a focus on the needs of both local and foreign English teachers.

In just a few short years, Chichester College's operations have matured to gain local and regional prestige, continuing to offer TESOL (TEFL/TESL) qualifications for people wishing to pursue a career in the exciting and rewarding world of English language education.

Chichester College is located on the beautiful south coast of England. The College, which opened in 1964, is the major centre for a wide range of academic, commercial, scientific, technical, recreational and adult education courses in West Sussex, England. It is distinguished from other British educational institutions by its strong presence around the globe. Along with the wide range of programmes offered in Asia, South America and Europe, The College also enjoys an international reputation as the first choice for foreign students taking up studies in the UK.

The College was the proud winner of the British Council Beacon Awards in 1999/2000 and 2001/2002. In February 2006, the college received The Queen's Anniversary Prize for Higher and Further Education - an award reserved only for the highest-achieving institutions.
